The north boat ramp at Foster Falls. This ramp is approximately a mile north of the boat ramp in the first photo. People tubing usually put-in at the upper ramp and get out at this one. The New River is one of the few rivers in the world that   flows south-to-north.There are picnic tables in this area as well as a new children's playground.
